Please note that this is a 9 months contract position. This is a flex position at this time. Minimum requirement for days in the office is three. If the individual prefers to be in the office more, four days or five days, that is fine. For the three days, the individual should be in the office Monday, Tuesday and either Wednesday or Thursday. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree requiredEXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Required:- Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience- Proven ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deliverables and deadlines- Experience with data analytics, including analysis, interpretation, and addressing leadership- Proven ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPPreferred:- Contract development and/or contracting system experience- Understanding of all phases of the contract continuum and business processes- Working experience in business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, or contract analytics- Financial and audit controls knowledge- Project management experience/skills- Experience in training and mentoring others to develop new skills- Healthcare industry experience is a plus- Experience with Model-N or Revitas, Sarbanes –Oxley (SOX), or Database ManagementThe Analyst 3 – Contract Management is responsible for supporting the contracting needs for Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM), Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and Long Term Care (LTC) Group Purchasing Organizations administered by the Managed Markets & Specialty Team. This role could have sizable interaction with Operating Companies and field personnel.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support Managed Care and Long Term Care contracting activity:o Manage and maintain assigned contracts, including loading of contract pricing informationo Run reports and perform analysiso Process rebate payments to organizations referenced above• Validate payments and provide direction to other department members.o Validate payment files and reports to ensure that rebates have been calculated accurately and according to contract terms and conditions• Demonstrate a customer service mentality and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate effective communication skills with an ability to make the complex simple.• Regularly communicate in all directions to keep associates, peers and management advised of payment status, deadlines and process improvements.• Support key departmental projects by utilizing business knowledge, systems, and good decision-making skills• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operating Companies and field personnel, and provide a high level of customer service• Transfer knowledge within the department, across departments and to Operating Companies, while understanding the impact of actions on processes across multiple business partners.• Apply strong analytical skills to discuss contracting data and information with a broad range of associates in Company and with outside organizations• Understand the entire contracting continuum• Troubleshoot problems of various complexities with limited supervision and demonstrate high levels of analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand systems and processes.• Adhere to Standard Operating ProceduresApplicants must provide their phone number.
