Data Integration Manager

Looking for a Data Integration Manager to work in hr area on DaaS tool (Data as a Service). Will be responsible for managing HR DaaS projects (not people) which could be enhancements, development, maintenance or BAU. A production and operation support specialist has to co-ordinate effectively with all the support groups and sub-systems to ensure prompt evaluation of a situation, and efficient resolution of it. Must perform initial triage, identify immediate solution, and permanent fix based on the root cause analysis. Must be experienced to deal with complex inquiries raised by customers from various departments. Lead business continuation (BCP) test execution of all supported applications. Monitor all BAU trackers raised in applications managed and processed according to defined guidelines. Manage applications requirements, meeting with business to review services and their concerns, high priority requirements and plan for production implementation. Analyze incidents, lead development and implementation of incidents, regularity changes, maintaining application new updates and production bugs. Identify and recommend improvements to current processes. Understand, monitor, and evaluate production ETL job streams in support of hr data as a service platform. Work well with the customer groups, educate the customers, and proactively manage expectations. Gather information related to issue or situation, do research, and identify the root cause. Provide immediate solutions as well as permanent preventative measures to ensure zero re-occurrence of the issue at hand. Job holder should have the ability to perform data analysis, profiling, and answer customer`s inquiries. Efficiently do multi-tasking as there may be multiple concurrent situations. Communicate status of the issues, identify opportunities for process/system improvements. Data integration intake/request/onboarding services. Data lake ingestion services for batch/real time data ingest. Release support through pipelines. Prepare operation support documentation and sops for data platform support. Provide governance/audit reporting for service tickets access. Partner with immediate engineering team, product owner, IT, partners on EDP agenda. Provide technology thought leadership, consulting, and coaching/mentoring. Establish and enforce best practices for production release/support processes. Work with scrum master to develop and own backlog, sprints, stories, features, and epics.Skills needed- Development Background with Data Integration Project Exp, Data Integration Technologies (Knowledge), Relational Databases (DB2/SQL Server), Data Warehousing, Unix / Linux / Shell Scripting, ETL Tools
