Job Description:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving application management health and change coordinator responsibilities within technology team, across the scope of project-funded application work, as well as application BAU maintenance. Role requires ownership, oversight and execution of end-to-end application management responsibilities, which includes ensure Enterprise-mandated deliverables are current and complete, potential involvement in Audit and/or Regulatory Exam activities involving the application and Business domain, as well as engagement/partnership as applicable with upstream/downstream partners on impacts and dependencies. Role also requires understanding and enforcing of Enterprise Change Management guidelines to ensure application change requests and deployments follow defined paths and all required evidences and documentation are in place associated to the change. Role has the opportunity (for interested candidates) to also involve engagement in end-to-end software delivery, including design, development and various phase of testing, and is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which routinely requires engagement from multiple teams and stakeholders. Required Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience in an IT organization, with focus on software delivery projects and expertise working with different technologies and Line of Business areas
  • Experience in an Operations or Risk function preferred
  • Experience (preferred) in full stack development, including front-end/UI and back-end tech stacks, and knowledge of performance tuning data-intensive applications
  • Experience with SQL as a querying tool
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with business stakeholders and technology partners alike, across various hierarchy levels and locations
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately
  • Influencing skills - ability to create and/or steward follower-ship, orchestrate and motivate teams, lead without formal reporting authority
  • Adapts to changes in priorities with ease, comfortable working "in the gray" while defining the way forward
  • Autonomous delivery - self-driven ability to prioritize work towards deadlines and deliver with minimal oversight
  • Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions
