Delivery Manager - Pharma R&D

Pharma R&D Delivery Manager: Location: Raritan, NJ Onsite from day one in Raritan, NJ Job Description ;

• Strong Project Manager skills with a good understanding of
  big data technologies in Cloud (Google Cloud Platform)
• Facilitate the
  inflow of projects and IT service requests, including alignment with business and IT priorities and resource, to drive the on-going demand review process.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
• Proven delivery excellence ideally using
  Agile, driving SLA', KPI's, Quality Metrics
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
• Responsible for managing a team of engineers with various enterprise applications
• Hands on experience in handling support teams,
  quality metrics creation and SLA management
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication and networking skills able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of
  stakeholder
• Ability to manage risk, and encourage strategic risk management based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively
• Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries
• Leadership skills to successfully lead large, diverse and virtual teams.
  Agile working experience necessary.
• Ability to make decisions and implement actions that have a significant impact on long-term, positive business outcomes
• Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
• Understanding the pipeline of demand and work with the Resource Planners to ensure an appropriate supply of resources
• Design & follow appropriate
  governance model/ plan for SLA compliance
• Expert Knowledge of
  ITIL disciplines
• Hands on Resource planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
