The Delivery Manager (DM), Consumer Engagement is responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and sunsetting any/all legacy solutions. As the project’s IT Project Lead, the DM will ensure key stakeholders (Quality, Marketing, IT, etc.) are engaged throughout the project. The DM will work closely with assigned project manager(s) to develop and leverage tools (milestone-based project plan, resource plan, status reporting, etc.) to deliver the project on-time with quality. Critical to the success of the DM will be a willingness and ability to hold all stakeholders (internal and external) accountable for deliver quality work products per the developed and agreed upon project plan. The DM will lead a team of diverse information technology specialists (both internal and external) that may include architects, business analysts, system administrators and software developers. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong partnerships with all project team members and key stakeholders. Work with IT and Business Leadership to develop and maintain IT strategies aligned with functional strategies. Manage incidents efficiently to minimize business impact and ensure that root cause and corrective actions are defined and applied. Manage third party resources/vendors for the project. Education and Experience

  • Experience in Salesforce.com with a focus on Service Cloud – Contact Center, Customer Service and/or Field Service Lightning experience
  • Wilke CRS experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 10+ years of Information Technology or relevant industry experience
  • Seven (7) years of Information Technology experience managing information related technologies, resources and projects, including teams with direct reports.
  • Experience communicating with direct reports, senior leaders, business partners, and vendors, to ensure collaboration, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Experience working with and supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions, and supporting ERP and Manufacturing IT systems in a consumer goods company is a plus.
