Design/Project Manager - Ports

This role will sit within our established Ports & Maritime team, with a focus on project and design management across a growing portfolio of work in NSW.You’ll play a key role in both delivery and client engagement, contributing to strong project outcomes while helping to build capability locally.How you’ll make a differenceLead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developmentsManage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical deliveryAct as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clientsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projectsProvide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standardsContribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW
