We are seeking a Senior Desktop and Executive Support Technician to join our Technology Services team and share in their passion for customer service and commitment to excellence. Our Senior Technician develops creative solutions and provides consultative technical support across all lines of business with a special focus on executive-level support. Responsibilities include delivering world-class IT support while resolving complex break/fix issues quickly. This individual will also perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks. In addition, oversight for user onboarding/offboarding processes and asset recovery will be involved. The incumbent will serve as a resource for IT support, projects, and other initiatives, as needed.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field or additional equivalent work experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years' desktop support experience to include executive level support. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated knowledge and expertise with the following:

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft - Office 365, SCCM, Windows 10, OneDrive, SharePoint, Administration Tools, Active Directory
  • PC & Mobile Device Support - Lenovo, iPhones, iPads, Macs
  • Cloud-based Video Collaboration Tools - Zoom preferred
  • Live Remote Support Tools - GoToAssist preferred
  • Cloud-based Workflow Automation Platforms - ServiceNow preferred
Professional Skills:

  • Collaboration- Working successfully with others within the department and with the business, ensuring completion of and desktop support and project activities
  • Initiative - able to work independently with limited supervision Ability to write PowerShell scripts and GPO's, and administer SCCM is a plus
  • Communication / Interpersonal -Ability to work well with teams and clearly convey complex, technical concepts to diverse audiences Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Business Acumen - Working knowledge of project management, process and technology inventory
  • Project Management - A detailed approach and ability to work independently and remain organized in order to meet commitments and balance multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Problem Solving - Critical thinking, ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues, and develop actionable recommendations
