This team manages and customizes our unstructured data products, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and shared drives used by our 250k+ every day store, organize, and access content. The team is based out of Jersey City and Hyderabad, delivering tools used by all JPMC employees. We have an amazing opportunity to lead the modernization of this unstructured data environment, improving the document management lifecycle for our employees while uplifting critical controls.Primary Responsibilities :

Defines and communicates product vision and strategy in line with the customers' long-term business goals

Works closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows

Conducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategy

Identifies market need, interfacing with line of business technology customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product

Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability

Creates and maintains the product's definition, product roadmap & customer-facing SLOs/SLAs

Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product

Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product

Creates a safe environment for experimentation and failures to support fast learning cycles

Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment; especially managing a SaaS-based platform.

Strong Technical Background and understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, and key record management principles like data classification and retention class codes.

Demonstrated success in a product management construct

Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions

Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations

Extensive knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies

A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers

Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders

Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
