The role is equivalent to that of a Senior Digital Transformation Leader. Expected to design the Strategy, develop the roadmap and lead key Programs identified under Innovation and Digital Pillars. E.g. The leader will help bring the outside in view of building digital journey for an experience tower and also be the POC for the region across all experience towers. e.g. US Digital, SEA Digital and Customer. The BU / Market Digitalization will cut across towers and there also support in building the Customer / Consumer / Supply Chain Digital Roadmaps

Innovation Hub is an evolving pillar within Mondelez IBS. Innovations encapsulates three different service lines:

1) Initiatives considered as 'test & learn' that drive disruptive ideas across Experience Towers. These initiatives run on Agile methodology and for a duration of typically 8-12 weeks. Based on the learnings a decision could be made to convert these initiatives to a portfolio project that can provide Mondelez great competitive advantage and business benefit. The role impacts the entire innovation agenda of tower/region/BU's, ranging in billions of revenue, 1000's of stakeholders, and 100's of customers.

2) Intelligent Automation - front face for the region to drive IA agenda and maintaining a healthy roadmap across functions.

3) Rapid application development - expand the concept of citizen development and enable functional teams to digitize processes using low code-no code technologies.

The role calls for strong partnership with senior business function leads (in many cases MLT, MLT+1) and external parties (Vendors / Incubators) involving:

• Accountability of bringing outside in thinking and ideas for the allocated experience tower e.g. Customer / Consumer / Supply / Enterprise that will help leap frog the Digital Journey• Strong C suit Stakeholder Management for representing MDLZ at various Global Incubator forums setting collaborations / partnerships for development of Leap frog Ideas• Collaborate and partner with Snack Futures (recommending M&A opportunities) other Innovation Leads to lead and drive resolution of roadblocks for the allocated region e.g. AMEA, MEU, NALA, and represent innovation team for respective region•Coaching and direct Team Members to effectively delivery their respective initiatives

More about this role

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

MBA/Masters preferred
  • 12-18 years of experience in IT and 8-10 years in the consumer goods industry
  • Prior experience in Intelligent Automation technologies and transforming business processes using IA; good awareness of analytics solutions and the impact of analytics in business transformation.
  • Experience of having led a large program. Understanding Digital Transformation. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture. Ability to stich together strategy / roadmap with the ability to fill in whitespaces, and identify test & learn opportunities.
  • Prior team management experience: a cross functional business and technology experience. Ability to understand a variety of disruptive technology products and services and platforms that will help build the journey form 'Test and learns' to 'Digital Platforms'
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the Industry trends and help build an organization digital strategy / Platform / Roadmap. Understanding of Enterprise Architectural construct. C Suite Engagement and ability to represent MDLZ in global forums; proven skills of learning on the fly & agility
