 Role: Digital Jutro LeadLocation: NJ/PADuration: Long Term RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Extensive experience as a Jutro, React developer with a strong emphasis on Microfrontends (MFE), Jest testing, cache management, performance optimization, and persona management.Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in React-based projects.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologiesExperience on SASS or LESS and writing modular scalable style sheets.Expertise in Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture and implementation.Strong understanding of caching strategies and cache management techniques.Experience in Jest, Mocha or similar testing frameworks for unit testing and test automation.Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.Familiarity with persona management concepts and implementation strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.Must be experienced in GIT and version control systems.Understanding of full stack development  Regards, ManojDerex Technologies INCContact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206
