About the Role

You’ll work directly with our CMO to plan, execute, and optimize everything digital. From performance marketing to marketplace management, from content creation to operational execution — you’ll be one of the most impactful people in the company.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will help shape marketing strategy, improve ecommerce performance, and drive revenue across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing & Growth

Own and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and more

Write and develop content: ads, blogs, product pages, email, landing pages, etc.

Manage and collaborate with external agencies

Spearhead influencer and UGC programs (TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates)

Develop strategies that grow traffic, conversions, and AOV for both B2B and B2C

Ideate and execute creative: videos, photos, product demos, social content

Track analytics, performance dashboards, and KPIs across all platforms

Ecommerce & Marketplace Ops

Oversee product listings, catalog updates, and marketplace merchandising

Assist with hands-on operational tasks when needed (we’re a small, scrappy, fun team!)

Coordinate with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to optimize workflows

Support new product launches across websites and third-party marketplaces

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with CMO as a second-in-command on all things digital

Attend ecommerce trade shows with the team

Continually push for innovation, testing, and performance improvements

Who You Are

5+ years in ecommerce marketing, growth, or marketplace operations

Deep understanding of DTC & marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

A strong writer + strong analytical thinker

Creative and strategic — but also hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A self-starter who loves to learn, experiment, and build

Experience working at a small/medium company or startup is a major plus
