is hiring for a

Digital Operations Specialist to join our team in our

New York City office. In this role, you will manage the operational relationships between Ingram and its digital vendors. You will develop business workflows that improve and simplify procedures around metadata maintenance and data feeds. Finally, you will partner with technical and business stakeholders from across the ICG organization, including the Technology team and Content Operations team, as well as digital vendors and publishers, and recommend solutions that enable Digital Sales to achieve its goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or year for year directly related experience
  • 3 years of reporting or analysis experience

Preferred Skills:

  • 1 year of experience of participating in implementation projects, creating/maintaining customer-facing service manuals, and other support materials are preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the operational relationship with digital business partners to ensure operational needs are met or improved upon.
  • Identifies key areas for process improvement that increase the value of offerings to digital sales channels and works with Product and Technology teams to manage needed enhancements.
  • Manages digital vendor-specific projects, including digital catalog analysis, and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
  • Translates business needs into viable processes and solutions and implements those processes/solutions with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Captures in writing operational processes and best practices.
  • Manages and prioritizes the on-boarding process for new digital vendors, including integration and sales reports testing, and works with team members to ensure that vendors experience a timely integration, testing, and launch.
  • Develops customer training materials, FAQs, and related documentation in conjunction with Marketing, Technology, and Content Solutions teams.
