Overview The Director, Human Resources Technology will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and operation across the HR digital ecosystem. They will partner with HR, IT and business leadership to design and deliver innovative HR solutions that lead to a great employee experience. They will be a thought leader to drive the continued evolution of all HR technology platforms through innovative new digital solutions and process improvement for current and future state. The ideal candidate has a keen awareness of market trends and the experience to implement efforts across a complex organization. This role will drive operational excellence and scalability while enabling our team to continue building a high-performing culture. Responsibilities - Serve as the overall product owner for SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, and other supporting HR applications, driving the strategic direction, roadmap, prioritization, and continual pursuit of new, innovative capabilities and features- Develops collaborative and productive relationships with HR Business Partners, IT and various Operational teams to effectively prioritize and execute human resources technology needs, including the development of proper training and documentation.- Create and champion strategic road maps that optimize HRIS systems and functionality for the business and workforce- Present solutions, project scope, resources and timeline, ROI to executive leadership- Develop in-depth people data/analytics, reporting and dashboards to proactively support Senior Leadership's HR strategy- Serve as a strong consultative partner to deliver strategic value to business and functional leaders in continuous improvement and connect systems to provide a more seamless customer experience- Lead, develop and grow HRIS Team including management of technology partners ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams on implementation of modern and forward-thinking solutions- Work alongside the IT Dept. to perform regular business process reviews and assessments to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans- Diagnose and resolve SuccessFactors and ADP unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.- Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing advanced reporting tools such as calculated fields, matrix and composite reports, maintaining the highest degree of data integrity.- Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of SuccessFactors and HRIS system upgrades.- Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate communication plans and necessary training for upgrades or fixes.
