The Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain, R&D and Quality is responsible for all Enterprise Architecture activities for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (including Quality), R&D towers.

This person will be a key leader responsible for setting together with MSC and R&D Experience Towers, the architectural vision for Mondelez' Supply Chain, R&D and Quality. He/She will serve as an expert and trusted partner to create and realized that vision

How you will contribute

Informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape, you will manage the defined direction and provide thought leadership to support the business, and deliver key implementations of the technical strategy. In addition, you will serve as an expert and provide a roadmap to support data assets, transactional systems, digital platforms and visualization to support enterprise decision making. In this role, you will serve as a key consultant to senior leadership on IT architecture and long-term systems strategies, contribute to make decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies, while reducing risk and delivering adaptive solutions (with a focus on digital), and lead the technology product evaluation processes, and architecture review board governance for project solutions.

You will manage:

Enterprise Capability Map and Business Architecture

•Define and maintain Unified Business Capability Map in close collaboration with business and MDS stakeholders

•Map all applications and technology to the respective capability, have respective value and heat maps aligned

•Build as-is and to-be Landscape Architecture Diagram aligned with the business strategy

Governance, Standards and Gate Keeping

• Define and execute Architecture Review Board process including clear TCO

•Define the company technology and application primary and secondary standards

•Define architecture patterns that enable speed to market

• Application & Technology Lifecycle Management/Roadmaps

•Define and Execute Application & Technology rationalization, simplification and investment strategy

•Build robust application and technology roadmaps in close cooperation with key vendors and internal stakeholders

Solution Delivery and Business Consulting

•Consult SA and Delivery team for any new or significant change architecture

•Perform solution design and business consulting on transformational initiatives

Application & Technology Solution Selections

•Lead together with key stakeholders the solutions selection process

•Emerging Technology Trends and Roadmap

• Build and update Emerging Technology Roadmap

Follow industry best practices and Identify emerging technology opportunity

This person will be a key leader responsible for translating business requirements into an architectural blueprint, and deliver initiatives architecture, aligned on EA standards and guiding principles.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Master's degree is preferred.

•Experience with overall Supply Chain, R&D and Quality architecture. 10% travel needed.

•A successful candidate will have the experience in overall Manufacturing and Supply Chain and R&D capability implementing the right solutions to drive digital-enabled growth.

• An ideal candidate will be deeply curious about new information technologies and their application, as well as possessing great problem solving, communication, mentoring and management skills.

•7 years of experience in global IT role (such as overall Manufacturing and Supply Chain Enterprise Architect)

•5+ Building overall Manufacturing and Supply Chain and R&D End To End architecture.

• 4+ years' experience in overall software development/implementations (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) or similar
