Make It Possible.The Director, Global Insights & Analytics, Creative Excellence will play a critical role in transforming the Insights & Analytics function (I&A), building best-in-class tools & capabilities that enable Mondelēz to develop breakthrough creative ideas and translate these into short & long-term brand growth.Reporting to the Senior Director, Global I&A, Creative & Innovation Excellence, this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action, able to paint a compelling vision of the desired end-state, while delivering short-term wins that materially impact the business. It also requires someone highly skilled in operating within a matrix, able to bring together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelēz Digital Services) at global and BU levels, as well as our key Publisher partners (e.g. Google, Meta) and Creative, Production & Media Agencies.How you will contributeWorking with our cross-functional teams & agency partners, this role will be responsible for building & managing a world-class ecosystem of methodologies, models and analytical frameworks designed to help the business to:

Develop, optimize and measure the impact of paid, owned & earned media (TV, digital, social, eCom/DTC, sponsorships), inclusive of:

Audience insights

Pre-flight creative testing & validation

Real-time in-flight measurement & optimization (including aligning common KPIs & benchmarks)

Post-flight evaluation/analysis of business & brand impact (including Marketing Mix Modelling and Return on Investment)

Measure our long-term brand health (penetration, equity and pricing power) and the contribution of media and other marketing levers in driving this

Align roles & responsibilities across functions and agency partners

Working with cross-functional partners and the local Insights & Analytics teams, this role will be responsible for deploying and embedding new datasets, tools & capabilities within the Business Units (including delivering training, overseeing change management, ensuring adoption & governance)

Working with cross-functional partners to identify the technology, infrastructure, data architecture & governance and resources required to effectively embed & operationalize these long-term

Working with cross-functional partners, this role will be responsible for democratizing Creative testing & measurement data as well as conducting meta-analysis leveraging the sum of Creative testing & measurement to identify actionable recommendations on media spend and quality

Working in partnership with Mondelēz Digital Services, Consumer Experience and the Business Unit I&A teams, this role will be responsible for building Mondelēz I&A’s First Party Data strategy and identifying the infrastructure, data, technology and resources required to realize this

Managing Mondelēz’s global relationship with our Marketing Mix, Creative Testing & Brand Equity measurement

Partnering with Consumer Experience, this role will be responsible for aligning measurement approaches and the global learning agenda with our agency partners (e.g. Media Monks) and digital publisher partners (e.g. Google, Meta)

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred

8+ years in insights & analytics leadership roles, with focus on creative/media insights & analytics; either in creative/media/production agency or within a client organization

Strong expertise in leveraging data, analytics & insights (and blending different disciplines & sources together) to fuel creative development; expertise in some of the key vendors, methodologies & approaches in this area of practice, in particular Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution & Closed Loop Measurement

Passion for the media industry and a broad spectrum of knowledge about the media insights & analytics space, including familiarity with leading-edge practices & vendors

Familiarity with running RFPs, vetting and selecting global vendor partners
