Director of Accounting

Description

Manage the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises in collaboration with department heads.

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial transaction integrity.

Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including income tax, sales tax, and regulatory filings.

Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
