Hiring: Assistant Manager (Hands-On Role)

We’re looking for a reliable, fast-moving Assistant Manager who can handle all parts of the store and keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on position — perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and get things done.

You may sometimes be the only person on shift, so independence and confidence are important.

Responsibilities

Run the store during your shifts

Make fruit arrangements, boxes, and platters

Customer service (in-store + phone)

Deliveries (gas reimbursed)

Prep work, stocking, cleaning

Troubleshoot issues and manage busy periods

Help train new staff when needed

Maintain store organization and quality

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (deliveries required)

Able to work weekends/holidays when needed

Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift

Reliable, positive, and able to work independently

Local to Hackensack / Bergen County

Compensation & Hours

$18/hr and up, based on experience

Gas reimbursement for deliveries

Full-time or part-time available

Immediate start for the right person
