Job Title:

Test Technician Responsibilities:Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

To learn the fundamentals required to perform Electronic Assembly repair from using work instructions and on the job training.

Repair down to component level.

Support production schedule at all times.

Learn and maintain knowledge of as many product lines as possible.

To work strategically with production, engineering, and sales to support high quality products, on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.

Streamline process of building products.

Communicate issues to engineering, production, quality and materials that effect product quality.

Assist in continuous improvement of all Test Fixtures, Benches, and Operations.

Other Duties As Assigned.

Completion of Training Requirements is targeted between 6 & 12 months. Rectification (if applicable) is required every two years unless otherwise specified in the course itself

Qualifications:BS Degree (with certificates) or at least 4 years of work related experience in the field.

Authorities:

Enforcement of policies, procedures and work instructions.

Has the authority to report problems according to Corporate procedures

Has the authority to stop the manufacturing process if any unsafe conditions are presented
