If a position is listed with both office locations and virtual offerings, Comcast may be willing to consider candidates who live greater than 100 miles from the office for the remote option.)Job SummaryJob DescriptionDUTIES: Create system security architecture, design, and specifications within Comcast’s engineering projects and initiatives, using Fortinet, NetScout, HP-Aruba, F5, and iBoss Proxy; solve difficult development problems and achieve engineering goals; achieve Comcast business objectives and engineering objectives; document results of applied work processes and practical application of technical standards; report results to management; recommend innovative solutions; and utilize resources to solve moderate development problems and recommend new resources to management.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing system security architecture using HP-Aruba and F5; of which one (1) year includes using Fortinet, NetScout, and iBoss Proxy.Disclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
