DescriptionResponsibilities:-Provide level 1 support for all end users. -Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.-Troubleshoot the entire Office365 product suite.-Image laptops and desktops using MS SCCM.-Respond to tickets, calls and emails and escalate appropriately. ProfileRequired:-BA/BS in Computer Science or related field -1-2 years of professional experience -Understanding of the Office 365 product suite -Experience imaging various devices -Experience responding to tickets.
