Description

Responsibilities:

-Provide level 1 support for all end users.

-Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.

-Troubleshoot the entire Office365 product suite.

-Image laptops and desktops using MS SCCM.

-Respond to tickets, calls and emails and escalate appropriately.

Profile

Required:

-BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

-1-2 years of professional experience

-Understanding of the Office 365 product suite

-Experience imaging various devices

-Experience responding to tickets.
