SUMMARY:

EpoxyPro of Bayville NJ is seeking a skilled, dependable, and hands-on Crew Leader/Driver to join our growing team. This position involves leading a crew in installing high-performance polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. The Crew Leader will oversee jobsite operations, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and drive a company vehicle to and from job locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a small crew in the preparation and installation of resinous floor coatings (grinding, patching, mixing, and applying materials).

Safely operate and transport crew members, tools, and materials in a company vehicle to and from job sites.

Manage daily project workflow to ensure efficiency and completion within schedule.

Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality standards are met.

Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure all are kept in proper working condition.

Oversee site setup and cleanup, ensuring job areas are safe and orderly at all times.

Communicate professionally with clients and office staff regarding project updates or issues.

Train and mentor apprentices and assistants to follow proper installation procedures.

Maintain appearance and conduct that reflects company professionalism and integrity.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).

Prior experience in concrete coatings, epoxy, construction, or masonry (required).

Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application methods.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied conditions.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.

Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or occasional Saturdays.
