- Recognized thought leader with 2 years of experience working on sustainability ESG regulatory initiatives good to have in FS industry
- Good to have affiliation with sustainability regulator or industry body
- Well versed with emerging regulations associated with sustainability
- Deep understanding of applicability of ESG sustainability factors into the forward-looking products services in the context of ongoing ESG regulatory changes
- Good to have product or platform experience of sustainability regulations and disclosures mandatory voluntary Assess sustainability regulatory landscape and develop focused point of view that is linked to our capability’s solutions
- Take ownership of defining and designing ESG regulatory capabilities Work with practice team to build out ready to deploy solutions
- Engage with FS firms to develop advise on sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements linked to products and services like responsible green lending capabilities ESG linked responsible investing tools services ESG risk management tools models dashboards sustainability regulatory reporting disclosure frameworks and innovative green financial products
- Drive ESG linked go to market across North America BCM clients Lead thought leadership to bring differentiation
- Partner with broader Capgemini teams to expand development of ESG capabilities ready to deploy solutions Manage delivery of client engagements and grow sustainability practice across BCM accounts
