Estimator/Project manager

Growing construction company that works only in government projects, looking for an estimator/project manager. Our jobs are between 100K and 4 million dollars in size. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience doing construction estimates with government projects. Should have, but not a must, a bachelor's degree in either civil engineering or architecture. If you don't have the experience required but have the bachelor's degree, we will train you. Must have a valid driver's license. with good to excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Spanish speaking is a plus but not a must.
