If you enjoy responsibility, managing a team of partners, creating plans for some of the most exciting consumer healthcare brands, and putting them into fruition, then you’ll love this.You’ll be constantly interacting with our US and Global brand teams, cross functional counterparts, and media partners to provide guidance, direction, recommendations, and hands-on help. You’ll work on developing and executing media plans from beginning to end.You won’t be on your own, however, as you’ll report directly to the Media Experience Planning Lead and be working hand-in-hand with our Martech and Creative Excellence team based out of Bridgewater, NJ.Main Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact to the Media AOR, Brand Teams and CHC finance for our “in US” brands across all paid and earned media needs.

Support the development of optimized communication strategies of our US brands in Canada across all channels though strategies and plans that clearly reflect category / brand business objectives and drive sales / market share growth.

Monitoring of the fulfillment of contractual deliverables and quality by the appointed Media Agencies; discuss / approve local deviations / adaptions if needed.

Work with Media AOR and JBP partners to develop annual learning agendas.

Partner closely with Digital Commerce team to implement and optimize precision marketing campaigns and accelerate adoption of precision marketing.

Contribute to define the right KPIs by campaign type and channel, analyze results and give advice for further optimization.

Proactively contribute to the internal planning process before the Agencies will receive the media brief.

Ensure that the implementation of strategies follow global planning, buying and reporting guidelines.

Help gain competitive insights and benchmark media strategies versus competition.

Performs other duties as assigned.

About You

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

7+ years of experience, at major packaged goods or pharmaceutical account experience at client or media agency.

Thorough knowledge of all areas of media planning and buying, national and local, particularly television, digital, magazines and radio, as well as earned media/PR.

Solid analytical background with knowledge of media mathematical models and formulas.

Knowledge of media and research tools.

Strong written, verbal presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, diplomacy, credibility and ability to negotiate. Position requires extensive interaction with internal and external senior leaders.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with direct authority.
