Experienced Manual Machinist

Immediate opening for an experienced manual machinist. Interested candidates MUST meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience of manual machining

- Programming a plus

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations

- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances and quality standards

- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

- Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed

- Self-motivated

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday
