Experienced Seamstress – Custom Window Treatments

Independent / Freelance Position. We are seeking a skilled, reliable seamstress with strong experience in custom window treatments (draperies, roman shades, valances, curtains, etc.) to join our team on an independent contractor basis.You will work independently from your own home studio or workspace, handling custom orders from measurements, patterns, and fabric cutting through to final hemming, lining, weighting, and professional finishing. Most projects involve high-quality residential and some light commercial work.Requirements:Proven experience sewing custom window treatments (please share examples or photos of your previous work)

Expertise with industrial/home sewing machines.

Ability to read and follow detailed specifications, patterns, and measurements accurately

Strong attention to detail and high standards for professional finishes

Must be fluent in English (clear written and verbal communication required for client specs, emails, and coordination)

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently

Own reliable sewing equipment and workspace
