This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a great communicator, enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, managing competing priorities and delivering outstanding service.The Value You'll AddManage facilities operations across a portfolio of sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Coordinate contractors and maintenance providers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on time.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational activities.Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and create value for clients.
