Field Engineer – RDSS PMA

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer (Electrical Distribution) to join our team at RRDS in Jodhpur, India. In this role, you will oversee electrical distribution projects from inception through completion, ensuring all work meets technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. You will serve as a key liaison between the engineering team, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining organized documentation and providing efficient site management.Supervise and coordinate electrical distribution installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities at project sitesConduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with technical drawings, electrical codes, and safety protocolsAnalyze field conditions and troubleshoot electrical distribution system issues to ensure optimal performancePrepare and maintain detailed site reports, inspection logs, and project documentationCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely completionInterpret and verify technical drawings, specifications, and design documents for accuracy and feasibilityMonitor electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning proceduresEnsure adherence to Indian electrical safety standards and regulatory requirementsIdentify potential risks and implement corrective actions to maintain site safety and quality standardsCommunicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholdersOrganize and manage site resources, materials, and equipment inventory
