Field Operations Manager (Seasonal → Year-Round Opportunity)

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our crew this fall — someone who can hop on the excavator, pull a trailer with confidence, and lead the team by example. This is not a “sit back and delegate” role — it’s about taking ownership, operating equipment, and stepping in alongside the crew when needed.

This position runs October – December 23, 2025 with weekly salary, and comes with a path to a year-round manager role starting April 2026 (which would include annual salary + paid off-season) based on performance.
