Description Are you ready to take the helm of a dynamic finance team and steer the financial success of a thriving retail empire? We are seeking an experienced and visionary Finance Manager with a minimum of 5 years in wholesale or retail finance, coupled with a strong educational background in Finance or Accounting.Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting Mastery: Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales reporting across all channels, providing critical insights to fuel strategic decision-making.

Profit & Loss Expertise: Lead the preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statements, delivering both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Management Expense Oversight: Take charge of monthly management expense reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the allocation of resources.

Capex and Cash Flow Wizardry: Perform monthly analysis of Capital Expenditures and Cash Flow, contributing to the development of robust financial forecasts and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Proactive Data Mining: Adopt a proactive approach to data mining, certifying information related to sales, KPIs, and other financial metrics to uncover actionable insights that drive business performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting Mastery: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for budgeting and forecasting, utilizing your skills to develop accurate financial projections that align with organizational goals.

Data Visualization Leadership: Ideally, possess proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, transforming complex financial data into clear, compelling visuals that facilitate strategic decision-making.

Supervisory Excellence: Exhibit strong supervisory skills, providing leadership to a dedicated finance team, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in financial operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

5+ years of experience in wholesale or retail finance, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.

Demonstrated expertise in sales reporting, P& L analysis, expense management, and financial forecasting.

Proven proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI or Tableau.

Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
