Financial Aid Analyst/Specialist

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Aid Analyst/Specialist in Blackwood, New Jersey. This role primarily involves processing and responding to inquiries, resolving issues related to financial transactions, and creating budgets within the financial services department.Responsibilities: Accurately responding to inquiries in a timely manner Resolving problems related to transactions handled by the Financial Services department Creating and maintaining budgets to support financial planning Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer credit records Utilizing ADP - Financial Services, Automated Underwriting System, and Banner Ads for financial processing Leveraging CRM and Crystal Reports for data reporting and customer relationship management Ensuring compliance with financial regulations Delivering excellent customer service and providing counselling as neededRequirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Automated Underwriting System Knowledge and experience in working with Banner Ads Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience in generating and analyzing Crystal Reports Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial aid sector Counselling skills with a focus on financial aid Exceptional customer service skills Experience in financial aid disbursement Ability to counsel students and parents on financial aid opportunities and options Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
