Description We are in search of a skilled Financial Project Manager - NetSuite Consultant to join our team located in Glen Rock, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in overseeing the transition of various financial entities and subsidiaries from existing systems to NetSuite. It requires a deep understanding of accounting and financial management, as well as proficiency in software implementations.Responsibilities: Guide the process of migrating entities and subsidiaries from QuickBooks to NetSuite Manage the accurate setup of Chart of Accounts, General Ledger codes, and trial balances within NetSuite Ensure the precise upload of historical financial information into NetSuite Monitor and manage NetSuite billing and accounting activities for multiple companies Implement the setup of new companies on NetSuite, ensuring all processes are functioning accurately Handle the conversion of multiple properties to NetSuite within the real estate industry Oversee the integration of various financial systems like Bill.com and SmartSheets with NetSuite Ensure that General Ledger codes are setup accurately and that data is clean Facilitate the uploading of trial balance and historical information summarized by month Manage the preparation of journal entries for high volume billings. Requirements Proficiency in NetSuite software is required Demonstrated experience in software implementations is essential Proficient in preparing trial balance Capable of managing general ledger activities Experience in journal entry preparation is necessary Project management skills in the financial sector are required Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
