Front of the House Customer Service Professional

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Front of the House Customer Service Professional with exceptional hospitality skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

- Maintain a high level of hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness in all customer interactions.

- Manage the front-of-house operations, including cashier duties, food presentation, and cleanliness.

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

- Maintain an organized and clean dining area, following all health and safety regulations.

- Assist with training and guiding front-of-house staff to uphold company standards.

- Be adaptable and capable of assisting in other areas as needed to support operations.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house operations, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant.

- A strong understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to create a welcoming environment.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong problem-solving skills, common sense, and a proactive attitude.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Compensation:
