Our Director of Food & Beverage, Leigh is currently in the hunt for a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee our teams in providing exceptional customer service to guests. Support revenue initiatives, maintain cost control and provide ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’Familiarize with VIP and regular guestsEnsure appropriate training for all F&B service staff to meet operational expectationsHandle different guest challenges and situations and be part of the first response emergency team.Define the organisation of work to be performed by the team members; supervise, co-ordinate and plan their daily activitiesEnsure constant innovation of the F&B product and serviceMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
