The ideal candidate will have experience in functional and technical support on Equity and Option trading applications and a strong knowledge of Front Office workflows.Role and responsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and 2 functional and technical support on Equity and Option trading applications (Fidessa, Dash) and booking gateways (Loanet, Sophis)Work directly with Front Office traders and support functions to address daily incidents and user requests with fast, effective resolutionsTest new features, bug fixes, and system updates to make sure they meet business needs and perform as expectedAct as the link between Front Office users and IT Development teams (local and Head Office) to communicate needs, prioritize fixes, and track deliveryMonitor application performance proactively to catch and resolve issues before they impact trading operationsCreate user guides and deliver training to improve adoption and proficiency across trading applications
