Experienced Window Treatment Installer – $25–$35/hr – Full-Time – ASAP Blinds

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start (must stay until job is completed)

Location: Residential and commercial job sites

About the Job:

ASAP Blinds is looking for a skilled and dependable Window Treatment Installer to join our team. You’ll measure, install, and service custom window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, drapery rods, and motorized systems.

Responsibilities:

- Measure and install various window treatments

- Troubleshoot and service motorized and automated systems

- Continual self learing of various automation systems

- Inventory and catalog new product receipts daily

- Work at residential and commercial job sites

- Use power tools and precision measuring tools

- Maintain a clean and professional job site

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of professional window treatment installation experience (references required)

- Proven expertise with motorization, shutters, blinds, and shades

- Detail-oriented with a craftsman mindset

- Dependable, self motivating and solid work ethic

- Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs

- Strong English communication skills

- Tech-savvy (Apple devices/apps)

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Reliable transportation

- Professional appearance and demeanor
