Full time position Auto Body Plastic Tech

Ray Mees Auto Coach is a trusted auto body and collision repair shop dedicated to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a skilled Auto Body Plastic Repair Technician to join our growing team and help restore vehicles to like-new condition.

Responsibilities

Perform plastic repair on bumpers, panels, and other vehicle components.

Sand, prime, and prepare repaired areas for paint.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

Collaborate with painters, estimators, and other technicians to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in auto body or plastic repair.

Knowledge of plastic welding, adhesives, and refinishing techniques.

Ability to identify different types of plastic materials.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

I-CAR certification or equivalent training (preferred, not required).
