- Conduct Requirement, Design, and Blueprint workshops
- Map customer's business processes to SAP.
- Write Business requirements documents, functional specifications, and configuration documents
- Conduct demos to showcase SAP Best Practice processes
- Configure and set up master data in one of the SAP Insurance for Reinsurance solution
- Conduct functional training for the reinsurance solutions
- Support SIT and UAT
- Ensure system implementation is as per requirements and Business Blueprint
- At least 2 years of working experience in the reinsurance/insurance industry
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of one or more reinsurance processes like treaty/facultative management, accounting process, claims process
- Higher relevant education degree (Information Technology or equivalent)
- Flexible for both domestic and international short-term / long-term travel.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in SAP for Insurance modules like FS-CD, FI-GL is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Experience as a consultant in IT implementation projects for reinsurance
- Experience with other reinsurance tools
- LOMA certifications
- Degree in Risk Management
