Creates a safe and attractive environment for guests/owners by ensuring the condominium property is maintained in accordance with safety standards.

- Completes building repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, painting. Performs minor repairs on toilets, sinks and laundry facilities.

- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the condo grounds

- Maintain pool and pool area with daily cleaning, water testing, opening and closing
