As Global eCommerce Product Manager, you will play a critical role to help Mondelez win with our consumers as we accelerate new business models, grow in Ecommerce, and activate our digital transformation. Key responsibilities include:- Provide insight and guidance to eCommerce stakeholders to demonstrate how technology solutions can be leveraged to meet eCommerce goals across B2C (Digital Shelf & Distributed Commerce), D2C and EB2B models.
- Partnering with Global eCommerce COE and eCommerce regional leaders to develop and drive appropriate IT products strategy & roadmaps to enable Mondelez growth in B2C and D2C channels.
- Align roadmap requirements and tech stack implementation with key stakeholders.
- Continuously research existing or upcoming eCommerce products and help build business case for (or against) certain products for enterprise adoption with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solution architects and tech team / partners on overall tech stack to ensure good fit with MDLZ ecosystem architecture and security requirements. Ensure all products are built and operated at an appropriate level of quality and meet compliance regulations.
- Manage a team of regional product managers and SMEs to drive adoption and implementation of chosen eCommerce tech products. Work with team to manage & prioritize product backlogs with vendor partners
- Manage forecast & budget for eCommerce central IT spend.
- Strong technical leadership skills in delivering ecommerce solutions scale
- Experienced in Solution delivery including prioritization and timeline estimations
- The ability to work with business leadership team and multifunction team
- Creative problem-solving skills that you leverage to find brilliant solutions to wicked problems and challenges.
- Strong written and communication skills. Experience in recommending IT strategies.
- High emotional intelligence to work well across diverse personalities, cultures, and organizations with differing interests.
- Good understanding of eCommerce business and technical landscape to drive business agenda
- Excellent in managing IT vendor relationship to achieve Win-Win partnership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration preferred
- 3-6 years' experience in Digital or eCommerce space (business-to-consumer, direct-to-consumer) as either Product Manager or part of IT function
- Demonstrated experience or proficiency in eCommerce related tech stack - Headless eCommerce, eCommerce Platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, Product Experience Management (PXM), Content Syndication
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food industry is a strong plus
