Description We are seeking a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate IV to join our team in Stafford Township, New Jersey. This role primarily involves supporting the store team in delivering a top-notch customer experience. As part of our team, you will be a key resource in enhancing the store's operations and customer service, with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory, clean stores, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant promptly and well-prepared to demonstrate our technology. Maintain a clean and accessible sales floor, including counters, devices, accessories, and walkways, and promptly report any exceptions to leadership. Contribute to inventory management by receiving inventory and stocking the back of the house according to store standards. Participate in the weekly cycle count process to maintain accurate inventory and assist in improving the store count process. Continually strive for improvements in current processes and procedures to enhance the customer and/or store experience. Display professionalism and integrity while adapting to store management priorities and direction. Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Significant experience in customer service roles, preferably within a retail environment Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets Familiarity with standard retail procedures and best practices Ability to provide workstation support when required Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Experience in check processing is beneficial Familiarity with warehouse management systems Demonstrated ability to consistently meet attendance requirements Knowledge of Go programming language and ProFile software is advantageous Willingness to work overtime as needed Punctuality and reliability are essential Experience with cycle count procedures Previous store experience, preferably in a similar role Ability to maintain clean and safe walkways within the store Quality assurance management skills are beneficial.
