- Ability to lead a team of both onshore and offshore developers
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Provide experience level system analysis and design along with the implementation of application
- Experience with deployments, working with distributed teams and SDLC environments
- Very proficient in Hadoop technologies primarily HQL, Spark, Hive and AWS experience.
- Extensive experience dealing with complex queries, UNIX shell scripting
- Good knowledge of Python – pyspark , pandas package experience
- AWS background – will be a plus, any Cloud experience will help.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
