Experience with painting, plumbing, or carpentry is a plus

-Ability to assemble furniture and change light bulbs-Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Experience with cleaning and sanitation

-Ability to utilize hand and power tools

Garbage and snow removal

Maintain the facility and equipment
