ADP is hiring a Head of Enterprise Risk ManagementWe are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company's risk management strategy leading and overseeing our enterprise-wide risk management strategy, ensuring the organization identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks on a global scale. The Head of ERM plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability and success by fostering a risk-aware culture and implementing robust risk management practices.What you’ll do: ResponsibilitiesWhat you can expect on a typical day:

Develop and Implement ERM Strategy:

Craft and execute a comprehensive enterprise risk management strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate risk considerations into decision-making processes.

Risk Identification and Assessment:

Lead efforts to identify and assess risks across all business units and geographies, ensuring a thorough understanding of potential impact.

Risk Mitigation and Control Governance:

Implement effective risk mitigation and control measures, collaborating with key stakeholders to create a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize exposure and protect the company's assets.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards on a global scale.

Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging risks, advising leadership on potential impacts.

Reporting and Communication:

Develop and present insightful risk reports to the executive leadership team and the board, highlighting key risk indicators and trends.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and overall risk landscape.

Crisis Management:

Design and implement crisis management protocols, ensuring the organization is well-prepared to respond to unforeseen events.

Collaboration and Training

Collaborate with business units and departments to embed a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Partner closely with Head of Internal Audit and Finance Leadership team to drive accountability and risk maturity through the organization

Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices.

Team Leadership:

Lead a high-performing ERM team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide quarterly and ad hoc updates and reporting to ADP’s Board Audit Committee

Advanced degree in risk management, finance, or a related field, relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM, ARM)

Proven experience and track record as a senior executive leader in Enterprise Risk Management, in a global organization.

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated leadership in crisis management and business continuity planning.

Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
