- Bachelors Degree or appropriate vocational or apprenticeship training or prior relevant work experience
- 3-5 years experience working in a corporate Help Desk environment, experience in a corporate startup environment is preferred
- 3-5 years experience installing, configuring, and maintaining DELL workstations and laptops, mobility devices to include Blackberries or iPhones and iPads and Cisco VOiP phones to a corporate set of guidelines
- Demonstrated willingness to learn as he/she progresses in his/her position and as he/she is faced with new questions and situations
- Expected to stay abreast of current news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to our user community
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing,
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 applications - additional expert knowledge of Office 2013 preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and strong documentation skills, and demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
