Job Description

We’re seeking a hardworking and motivated Helper to assist our technicians and fabricators in the shop and on job sites. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade and grow within the company.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the fabrication and assembly of trash compactors

- Helping with service and repair work on equipment

- Loading and unloading materials and tools

- Keeping the work area clean and organized

- Supporting technicians on installation jobs

- Performing other general labor duties as needed

Requirements

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

- Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation

- Must be able to communicate in English

- Some experience with tools or mechanical work is a plus
