Job Title : HR Chatbot Business Consultant / Analyst

Location : Winston, NJ

Duration : 12+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work for the HR Business Team to elicit requirements and build the knowledge corpus for the Chatbot
  • Identify and Manage the tasks for the Chatbot implementation while coordinating with the Client IT Teams and the Vendor Partners
  • Own and lead the business discussion workshops, perform UAT and help guide the HR Team with the Chatbot Implementation
  • Help the HR Team in creating / defining the Service Catalogs in ServiceNow

Skillset
  • Previous experience in deploying Chatbot is a must
  • Experience in Workday is a value add
  • Experience in SNOW is a value add

Justification:
