HR Coordinator

Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to work on-site in Thorofare, New Jersey. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be heavily involved in various HR functions such as processing, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within our telecom provider company.Responsibilities: Coordinating HR policies and processes Assisting with the administration of HR programs Scheduling meetings and other HR events Conducting data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and other HRMS to manage employee information Conducting background checks in compliance with company policies Assisting with benefit functions and compensation administration Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Using ATS for managing recruitment processes Leveraging Ceridian for payroll processingRequirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software Knowledge of About Time software Ability to conduct Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions within HR Experience in Compensation Administration Strong knowledge of HR Compliance laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Capability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
