HRIS Benefits Analyst

Description This is a hybrid role - 3 days in office.

Utilize HRIS platforms to oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.

Conduct regular audits and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline benefits processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HRIS experience.
