Human Resources Manager

Description We are on the search for a PART-TIME Human Resources Manager to join our client's team in the Lincroft, New Jersey area. In this role, you will have a variety of duties, including processing applications, maintaining records, and acting as a liaison for employee inquiries. You will also be tasked with overseeing employee accounts and taking necessary actions.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently processing applications from prospective employees Keeping up-to-date and precise records for all employees Addressing and resolving employee inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitoring the status of employee accounts and taking appropriate measures Advocating for employees and maintaining high morale within the organization Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Overseeing hiring processes to attract and recruit top talent Managing benefit functions and ensuring all employees understand their benefits Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage various HR tasks Implementing and maintaining an effective communication strategy within the organization.Requirements Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services software Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian software Thorough understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) Experience with Benefit Functions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the amusement/recreation service/entertainment industry Proven experience in managing employee relations Demonstrable knowledge of hiring processes within the amusement/recreation service/entertainment industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
